Arresto Menor

Hi! 1.5years na sa current company ko and aside from they're not remitting all the mandatory deductions namin (sss, philhealth, pagibig, and even the tax wilheld) they also failed to provide our healthcard as indicated on our signed contract.. anong mgandang advice dito? Thanks.

Go to these government offices and file your complaint with them. Bring along your proof.

If you're successful in that, you may want to look for another job already.

better go to dole and report such. officers of the dole visit your work place to conduct a searching inqueries.

What about the healthcard? They did not follow tge contract that they gave to me.. Can I sue them for that reason?

Yes but I doubt that anything good will come out of that.

You'd want to find another job elsewhere after that.
