False accusation of a foreigner

Until dumating ang araw na pinatawag ng foreigner ang asawa ko dahil may pag-uusapan daw sila. Un pala pinagbintangan na naman nya na nagpatong sa price na binili nilang 2nd hand na sasakyan. Nainsulto po ang asawa ko lalo na nong sinabihan sya na kaya daw magagawa ng asawa ko un dahil "we badly needed the money". Pero ang ginawa ng asawa ko inexplain lahat para maliwanagan sya. Nagpasalamat po ang amerkano dahil atleast daw malinaw na sa kanya na wala kaming pinatong doon sa nabili nilang sasakyan.after a week, pinatawag na naman ng foreigner ung asawa ko kc magdedevorse na po daw sila ng asawa nya(which is kaparid ng asawa ko) kung ndi daw mareresolve ang problema. So in good heart pumunta na naman kami, un pala another accusation na naman ang ibabato sa amin. Nagalit na po kami kc sumusobra na, lahat nlng ibinibintang sa amin. Nagkataasan po ng boses hanggang nasabi ng asawa ko sa foreigner na " remember, u are here in the philippines," ang sinigawan ng foreigner ang asawa ko. That night also nagpadala ng email ang foreigner saying na kung magpapa lie detector test daw kami, waive na daw ung utang namin sa kanya. Pumayag ang asawa ko pero gumawa din sya ng kondisyon na kung tama lahat ng sinabi namin ibabalik nila (foreigner nd the sister) lahat ng binawi nila sa amin. Gumawa kc kami ng deed of donation favor to his sister kc nga daw wala na daw silang property. Pero pina cancel ng foreigner ang lie detector test kc ndi daw sya pabor sa kondisyon ng asawa ko. Nd now ung house and lot na dinonate, pinapaalis na kami ng foreigner, kailangan po daw this may 26 nakaalis na kami sa bahay. Ano po ba ang gagawin namin, lawyer din po kc ang foreigner kaya mayabang.pls help po

Who's got the deed? Kanino naka name ang house and lot? Is it in the foreigner's name or his wife?
In your statement, it sounds like you were not even renting the house, which would fall for tenants right to be kick out is 3 months notice for non paying rent! That is under RA9653. But if you're not paying rent at all! Then you're just guests! In which case, you've got no legs to stand on!

We are not after for the property, ang amin lang is parang naghaharian ang foreigner. He wanted our immediate disappearance from the house.

He may be foreigner to our country but he has rights to live in our country as he is married to a Filipino citizen. If the documents says his wife own the property, the previous documents is just a history and it's no longer relevant! If it is written in the document that they will not kick you out of the property as an agreement then you can pursue that! If not written then you have no legs to stand on!
