I am recently employed in a private company (two weeks to be exact) and my level experience is not fit for my position. I acknowledge the gravity of my responsibilities and I don't want to become a liability in our company. Hence, this prompts me to render my resignation. Will my resignation be accepted given the duration of my employment.

Thank you.

It seems that you have the necessary skills for your position, otherwise you would not have been hired in the first place.

It is your right to tender your resignation for whatever reason you may have, but you may need to serve the 30-day notice.

Is this legal or fair labor practice na maniningil pa sila ng 1 month salary.

Salamat po!

Thank you so much. Will rendering my resignation an assurance that I am free from bonds though the manager explicits disagreement?

No assurance until you see the evidence or they present proof that you owe them.

Check company policy also.

You may be liable for damages if you don't comply with a 30-day notice.

ask for clearance, usually if they issue your COE, then you are already cleared.
