I would like to share my case. Please advise.
Someone occupied our lot while a case was going on. Their house is now concrete. We eventually won the case. Now, they want to buy the lot, but we don't want because we will be building there too.
What should we do? Do they have more right than us the owners, because they have built already and interested to buy the lot?
Any idea will be much appreciated.
