Estafa Case

Hi! I'm new here, just want to seek for legal advise. My previous employer filed a case under estafa. I received a demand letter before but i was not aware that they filed it in court. I did not receive any subpoena but the case pushed through anyway. I was arrested and got detained for 3 days. I didn't know that the court issued warrant last 2012 so when the police officer arrested me i was shocked but surrendered voluntarily. I have upcoming arraignment, i dont have money to hire attorney and my fear is that PAO will not accept me because i am currently working which is now in jeopardy because the police officers arrested me around the office premises. Is there any way that i can get atty from your team and just help me talk and negotiate with the complainant for settlement? I hope you can help me. Thanks!
