Father Obligation

ask ko lang po sana kung my obligation ako sa anak ko hindi po kami kasal hindi rin po nya pinahihiram sa aking aming anak.. nais ko po sana idaan lahat sa legal na usapan like financial support at iba pa pero ayaw niya po makipag kasundo ng legal. nais ko po sana itanong kung merun akong legal obligation o maaring kaso kung hindi ko bigyan ng financial support ang aking anak?

Yes, at the mother's behest, pwede ka nyang kasuhan anytime she opted to.  The thing is it is not your wife's opinion and principle in life that matters, your obligation to give support is a mandate of law.  Di tatanggapin ng court ang dahilan na "ayaw e di huwag."

If the wife refuses to accept anything from her husband can the wife file charges against him for economic abuse?

When we talk of support, the law can not consider the word "anything" [w]hy? support is a matter for the court decide and not discretionary on the part of the person bound to give the same.  In a recently decided case, the High court held by abuse does not mean total deprivation of monetary obligation, in case of support the term abuse should be construe liberally,i.e.,if the support given is considerably insufficient, the same can be considered as economic abuse. Ano ang ibig sabihin nyan kahit nagbibigay ka at tinanggihan ng ina dahil kulang o hindi sapat karapatan niya yon bakit? dahil hindi pwedeng ikaw ang magbigay kung magkano mgustuhan mong ibigay dapat ang korte ang magsasabi kaya ang refusal hindi ibigsabihin e AYAW kung di maaaring kulang sa tingin niyang pangangailangan ng anak mo kaya ayaw tanggapin. In this case, pwede ka padin kasuhan using as ground economic abuse sorry to say my friend, let the court decide matters that only court   can resolve.

If the mother is refusing to accept anything from the father at least note it. Para may patunay ka na binalak mo magbigay pero tinatanggihan.

Unless the mother of the child sign the note you made to certify your attempt to give something, otherwise the note you executed may be treated as a mere scrap of paper.  ikaw ang gumawa nyan e  

Im sure he is smart enough to know that   

what i want po eh gusto ko dumaan kami sa legal like kung magkano ang mga need ng bata. ang gusto ko po kasi mangyari magkaroon kami ng legal kasunduan kasi kung walang legal na kasunduan maari niya po sabihin hindi ako nagbibigay or kung ano pa man pero kung my legal kami kasunduan merun ako pinanghahawakan na papel na nagbibigay talaga ako sa bata. yun po ang ayaw nya po ayaw niya po maging legal ang pagbibigay ko ng support sa bata. tama nga po ba ako pag merun kami legal na kasunduan mayroon ako karapatan sa bata kahit papano. at gusto ko rin po kasi makisigurado na sa bata nga talaga mapupunta ang mga binibigay ko.
