Would to ask for your expert advise on what labor reference/s can we use to counter an employer who is threatening our fellow employee that she will fire him.
There are no violations committed on the part of the employee. Only that, the employee tried to justify in a respectable manner a scenario. The employer however, who did not want to listen with the justification immediately threatened our co employee that she will fire him.
Is there any law or dole provisions that we could use for this scenario?
