Good day. We enrolled our child to a review class for college entrance exam for a particular batch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, our child may not be able to attend the classes for that batch. We have asked if we can just transfer our child to another batch with a more suitable schedule. We are willing to pay a reasonable extra just to be accommodated. We are being told that they will not allow this, and we need to enroll our child to the new schedule without being refunded.
