last night, my ex boyfriend accused me na pinakialaman ko raw ang email ng fiancee nya, which is absolutely not true! he texted me foul words like t*rant*do ka, g*go ka, p*kp*k ka, hay*p ka blah blah..and also threatening me that he'll post some of my naked pics sa website today! i got really furious by his 4 text messages..i saved those messages as evidences if in case na he'll ruin my life as well as my dignity if i'll sue him. is this still a case of unjust vexation?! what's the difference of the two-unjust vexation and oral defamation? in a more simple way? thanks so much..
