They terminated an employee dahil late daw and i was dismissed because hindi ko daw sinunod ung gusto nilang way ng trabaho which is mandaya sa oras ng mga empleyado. Ano po bang possible sanction ng mga power tripping employers na to na tumatakbo sa obligasyon nila sa batas?
