good day to all...
just wanna ask how can we file for late registration my father was born 1948 and was never registered due to the war during that times he was born in negros and he just use affidavit coming from the attorney to prove that he was born.
when my father was about to register his self her older sister register her self in the same year as my father was born.Her sister does not agree upon changing her year of birth what shall we do. please do help us my father really need it cause he will be applying for his SSS...
