Arresto Menor

i want to seek an advice. I am married to a bigamist. he's first marriage was undissolved, but they are seperated for almost 15years. his ex wife is leaving with another man. even though i know the truth, i decided to marry him because we wanted to leave abroad. now we are planning to proceed with the annulment to his 1st wife. how can our situation affect the case? will our petition for annulment be granted or it will conflict?thanks. please help
