Arresto Menor

Gud day. When my sis gave birth to his son after sa father ung family name ng bata. akala nya hindi nareg ng midwife sa NSO.hindi sila kasal. Nagkahiwalay sila. Nung nag asawa sya uli. Ni reg nya yung bata na gamit ang family name ng legal husband nya ngayon. Nung kumuha sya ng copy ng BC she found out na 2 bc ng bata. nairegistered pala ng midwife ung bc. Ano po ba ang dapat gawin para maayos ang bc? Pwede po tuluyan ng dalhin ng bata yung family name ng legal husband ng sis ko ngayon? M/18 yrs old na po ngayon ang anak nya.
