good am po, ask ko po sana kc ung surname na gamit ng anak ko sa skul eh surname ng father nya pero sa bc nya nde nmn un ang nakalagay surname ko lng kc nde kami kasal...pero pumirma un father nya sa bc...pano ko ba mapabago un...pwede ba nya tlga gamitin surname ng father nya since acknowledge nmn sya nito...
