Hi, a friend borrowed my digital camera a month ago. when he borrowed it, he promised to return it the same day but he did not.
I constantly ask of him to return the camera but he did not. can i sue him for theft? The camera including lens and accessories are valued at 100K++ pesos

Not really since you allowed him. But you can opt for small claims
