Hi, ask ko lang im on a probationary pede ko ba irefuse ang regularization this coming may? Meron kase akong training bond na pinirmahan for 2years

Dapat ni-refuse mo yung contract sa simula pa lang. Generally, hindi pwede i-refuse ang regularization. If ever, ikaw siguro ang pinaka-unang tatanggi sa ganun.

Ano sabi ng contract mo tungkol sa bond?

akala ko po kase kakayanin ko yung permanent night shift na schedule..ehh ngayun kung anoano na po ang nararamdaman ng katawan ko kaya gusto ko na irefuse sana yung regularization

Ang natatandaan ko po yan lang ang pinirmahan ko.. Contract of employment, confidentiallity agreement at user agreement lang ang pinirmahan ko at ang may copy ako. Yan lang binigay sakin ng hr..

kung walang training agreement na separate, then walang training bond.

Ganun.. So i can resign any time i want.. pede ko ba ipost ung whole agreement ko and help me na maintindihan siya? gusto ko kase makaalis ng maayos yung wala akong magiging problema..

Hi council kung wala ba yung srparate training agreement i can resign na hindi ko babayaran yung 200k na nakastate jan sa artiv na yan?? Nde ko mapost yung whole contract employment ehh.. Im using mobile kase.. Btw thanks for the response..
