isa po akong call ceenter agent in mkati meron ako isang bad call in which ang charge nila sa akin ay fraud dahil I made unauthorized change sa customer's account...now sabi nila i have 5 days to explained pero starting that day they are putting me in 30 days preventive suspension during investigation period! question ko during the time of investigation my right ba ang company isuspend ako for 30 days?at kung hindi anung kaso pwede ko ifile against them?
