Hello,
I'm new to the forum and wanted to gain knowledge on a case filed against me that I just found out last Friday.
I was advised by the company that I joined last Feb 17 2014 that the background check of BGC was able to find a Civil case filed against me by FG Financial Co Inc. filed last 09/01/2005 at MTC 70, they want me to clear my name in 1 week.. Can I get a court clearance in less than a week?
I went to the registered address of FG Financial Office in Pasig today, the admin office told me that they already went under and left Pearl Plaza 2 yrs ago with no notice... tried calling all their numbers as well and all numbers are disconnected...
