Arresto Menor

I need an advice regarding po sa husband ko kasi pinadalhan siya ng sumon galing sa brgy. captain namin regarding to kasi sa father in law ng kapatid nya... Nung isang linggo kasi pinaalis ng asawa ko ang father in law ng kapatid nya kasi na discover nya na pinapatira ng kapatid nya ang father in law nya sa bahay nila na wala namang pahintulot sa parents ng asawa ko..ano kayang tamang gawin ng asawa ko...thank you po...

he should appear at the barangay. is this just the issue of pagpapalayas or are there other matters such as physical injuries?

what is the situation in this house? who are the registered owners and how many families are living there? is the kapatid's family living there also?
