You are entitled to the 13th month pay and any holiday pay as long as you are employees of the company.

You are entitled to the 13th month pay and any holiday pay as long as you are employees of the company.
what po pwede namen isampa na kaso sa company since hindi kami binigyan ng 13th month pay and mga double since we started? ang asa contract po kasi namen nakalagay guarateed salary of 500php per day no night differential or any special pay.?

Nag ask na po kami sa HR about sa 13th month pay and any double pay/special pay pero di nila masagot, naka schedule na po kami sa NLRC dis monday march 3. Sa contract po walang nakalagay na anything sa contract regarding 13th month pay,temporary agent kami for 65days only ang asa contract namen paid kami 78k for the whole duration of 65days with disclaimer that we need to hit our metrics,kaso ang nangyari we are paid 500php guarateed salary per day w/c is being deducted from the 78k, so if computed we still have 45500 dapat after completing the project. Kaso for us to get the remaining money we need to hit the metrics w/c nahirapan kami. Ang ending wala kami nakuha na kahit anu from the company but we are offered probationary employment. But when we check the contract what we signed for is $78k gross basic monthly income? when we ask HR about this sabi TYPO error lang daw po. A friend of mine advise me to go to NLRC to complain kasi parang dinaya kami sa contract and sa pay namen kasi sabi nga po niya dapat eligible kami sa 13th month pay as per labor.
