i need help on how to send a demand letter for the father of my son. his father and i never married and doesn't have plans to but our son is carrying his surname. his dad is making it hard for me to get child support, even just for his milk. i need help badly.
i also wonder if i can file any case against him? so far he doesn't give anything to our son but he gets to see him once a month.
lastly, can i file for abuse on him? like emotional abuse? i think i read it somewhere in the women's right.
any advice will help.
