hi ask ko lang if gagawa ng affidavit of desistance for a civil case,,ung judge ba ung signatory sa paper??

nagkaron kami ng amicable settlement sa mediation center for the civil case, utos ng judge nung 1st hearing namin..nagkasundo kami ng complainant..binigyan ng copy ung branch about sa compromise agreement namin....need pa ba ng affidavit of desistance or icoconfirm nalang ng judge un sa next hearing namin??

need pa ba sumama ng lawyer ko if ever confirmation nalang ang gagawin??2,500 kse fee ng atty ko kada appearance, sayang din po un..

since you have a lawyer, you really should discuss this matter with him.

no affidavit is necessary. the agreement entered into in the PMC will be sufficient. some judges no longer require a confirmation hearing. if you do not bring your lawyer, know that you do so at your own risk.
