I am currently on process of my permanent residency in Canada. Now I have two under age illegitimate children to join me in Canada, the father refused to sign the consent form for my children to migrate permanently and immigration ask for a court order in able me to abort them in Philippines to Canada. Tanong ko lang po kung pwede ba akong magfile ng court order while I am in abroad? If umuwi ako to file a court order can I process it in urgent because the immigration need the document? How long does it take to get the court order in my case? Please Help me urgent lang po and thank you.
