Good morning Atty. I am working in a BPO company here in manila and was terminated last week because of the attendance policy. Immediately I processed my clearance, then I inquired for my back pay. HR told me that all the incentives dw will not be included in my final pay. I won 10k from a raffle that was held in the office for top salesmen for the month. 4 payouts passed pero d pa rin na bibigay until na terminate na po ako.My habol po ba ako?

You have to prove that you actually earned it and that you are entitled to it even after separation.
