Hello. I need advice.
I plan to buy house and lot price about 800,000.
but I cannot use my pag-ibig because i have an unfortunate history of foreclosure. I am only average income earner, so I its hard for bank loan or in-house loan.

I talk to my sister and we plan to use her pag-ibig loan instead, she agreed. I will be the one to pay all monthly dues (my money). I only need her pag-ibig loan.

1) Is it possible that I will be the Property Owner even if the pag ibig loan is under her name? I am the one paying.

2) If under her name, and not mine...
What are my options to protect myself that the property is mine. Is there like a "paying agreement contract" or "property contract" -- i don't know.

Please advice.

it's possible if you can get the pag-ibig to agree to it.
