help po pls...

may contract po ako 2yrs pero 11 months ko lng pinasukan nagresign na ako may dapat daw pong bayaran ako 60000

reason po ng pag reresign ko nakaaksidente po ako during my duty at sabi ng manager ma rereemburse ko daw ung mga nagastos ko...then later on nung binibigay ko na po ung resibo hindi daw po nila sagutin un...napagalaman ko na dati may mga ganung case pero sinagot naman ng company...


field technician po ako require po kami mag maneho ng motorcycle...dapat po ba may insurance kaming nasa field? MAGBABAYAD PO BA TALAGA AKO NG 60000??

lumapit na po ako sa NLRC naka schedule po ako para sa conference may pupunta po na representative ng company kaharap po ang representative ng NLRC...

pinadala ko po sa LBC ung resignation letter ko kasi ndi ko po ma-timingan na nandun ung manager kaaya pinadala ko n lang sa LBC baka kasi ma AWOL ako kung papatagalin ko pa...pero before ko ipadala sa LBC sinurender ko na po ung mga issued equipment/materials like CP, Uniform, tools etc..ang naka lagay sa resignation letter ko efectivity date is yung day na pinadala ko sa LBC

gusto ko lang mabawi ung employee deposit tsaka ung ilang araw kong pinasok before ako mag resign and ung mga overtime na ndi binayaran...tsaka gusto ko ma clear kung magbabayad ba talaga ako ng 60000...

gusto nyo po ba scan ko ung buong contract na copy ko?

A salary deposit (cash bond) is illegal in the first place. Include it in your complaint. You said you already return all company issued materials?be sure you have receiving copy or transmittal as evidence. Some companies deny if no evidence.Your contract does not include a 60k bond, why you're worrying for this?

sorry i didn't see any previous mention of a cash bond of 60k.

i was assuming that the 60k was for damages because of leaving the company without the proper notification and/or loss of business due to any sudden disappearance of the employee without completion of work.

UNJUST ENRICHMENT IF THE COMPANY DEMAND IT FROM YOU.

you did the right thing by going to the NLRC. try to work it out there
