Kung sakali po kasauhan ka sa court ng collection of liquidated damages or breach of contract at nanalo ung Ex-employer mo, makikita kaya sa NBI Clearance mo un?

NO.
This is just quasi-judicial case and not criminal nor civil case.
If the employer do so, they are ridiculous and arrogant.

a collection case would be a civil case, but it will not appear in your nbi clearance.
