Hi, gusto ko lang po itanong kasi po nagbabalak na po akong umalis sa company namin ang problema po is 3 months notice for resignation po ang nakalgay sa contract na pinirmahan ko. kung magpapasa po ako ng resignation letter ngayon. ang date po is after 3 months? or okay lang po ba na 30 days notice lang po ang ilagay ko? if 30 days notice po. makukuha ko pa din po ba ang back pay ko? salamat po.

The law provides "at least" 30 days - pinakamabilis na yun. Kung meron kayong agreement na mas matagal, then that follows.
