Arresto Menor

Gud PM Sir,

Civil wedding was solemnized bcoz of article 34 as stated in our MC, found out that there is a valid affidavit of cohabitation in local civil registrar. But we were just forced to sign the MC and the affidavit 5 yrs ago. No license and no ceremony happened.
Is it still possible to invalidate the affidavit of cohabitation that we both signed cz we just became a couple for 3yrs and based from his immigration records, he is still working abroad at that time.
Can we file nullity of marriage bcz of the absence of license?
Hope you can help. Thanks!

didn't we discuss this in your other thread? and your lawyer is in a better position to answer this. unless you say you believe your counsel has been negligent, it is really best to discuss this with him. good luck.
