Just like to seek advice regarding my grandmother's properties - apartments & land. She was already died 7 years ago, with will, but have not notarized. Until now, properties could not transfer to heirs since no money yet to pay for the inheritance tax. For the apartments, apartments have monthly rental/income. However, my uncles/aunties did not give us share, ( my father is their brother, who was already died). They said that apartment has no income, expenses is bigger than their collection. Here are my questions, pls give us advise:
1) What's the best thing to do? We dont believe that apartments have no income at all.
2) What we should demand for them? We want to make things legal.
3) Is it legal that we demand book of accounts - collection/expenses? Can we requested it from their accountant?
4) They are firm not to give us share, where can we request legally to hold all collections from the apartments?
