Arresto Menor

Hi atty, im 26y.0, married and we have 1 child.I am working here in saudi. My daughter is with my husband. We are not in good terms with my husband now because my husband is engaged in drug addiction. He doesnt let me see my daughter even on skype or let me talk to her. I would like to ask if i can file a custody for my child so that i can get my daughter on my husbands side even if i am here in saudi? How much would it cost me? Thank you so much...i would like to file also for an annulment. Is that possible to file annulment even if i am here in saudi?
