Hi pa advice po ako pls. married po ako pero 7yrs na kaming hiwalay ng husband ko meron kaming anak na lalake minor age pa.. pareho na po kaming meron live in partner. single po status ng partner ko. at napagusapan namin na co-owner kami sa property na bibilin namin. ang mga tanong ko po.

1.kung bibili kami ng partner ko ng lote ilalagay ko po ba married o single?

2.at kung married naman po ilagay ko status, ano po pwede ko gawin para walang habol ang husband ko sa property na bibilin nmin?

3. SPA po ba ay pwede gamitin para sa ganitong case?

sana po ay matulungan nyo ako salamat God bless!

Good day po! Meron po bang other way tulad ng waiver at papirmahan ko sa husband ko saying na lahat ng rights nya is iniiwan or sinasalin nya sa akin. Applicable po ba sa amin ang complete separation of property? Paano po eto ano ang mga procedures? Marami pong salamat sa sagot nyo..

opinion ko lang... kung joint owners kayo ng live in partner mo sa lote na bibilhin ninyo, siguro puede ilagay sa titulo ang pangalan ninyong dalawa, at regarding iyong status mo na ilalagay duon sa titulo ay puede sigurong "married" lang at huwag idugtong ang pangalan ng asawa mo. Ask mo sa Register of Deeds kung puede ang ganito. In short, if worse comes worst, iyong asawa mo l/2 lang puede niyang habulin as conjugal property. Tungkol naman sa "Separation of Conjugal Property" executed by your husband and you, it is only an agreement between the two of you, in which any of you two can cancel it. Opinion ko lang ito, hindi ako abogado pangkaraniwang tao lang ako.

Hi thank you po sa mga sagot nyo..last week january 20 i went to RD then they told me i need waiver fr my husband..so nagpagawa po ako sa lawyer namin at good thing pumirma sya..saying na wala sya pkialam at wala sya hahabulin sa property na bibilhin namin..still married ang status ko sa mga papers..salamat uli sa inyo God bless!
