gud day atty. i am currently living abroad with a man that have a live-in partner for 5 years. they have one child and he continues to communicate with the mother to provide financial support only. since they live together for at least five years and i read from an article under the Family Code that no marriage license is required for a man and woman who live as husband and wife for at least 5 years, does she have the right to claim any right on the property that we will acquire?
