Maraming salamat po sa sagot kahit po sabihin ng iba na 500 pesos lang ung Certificate of Employment ay malaking bagay na po yun sa akin hindi ko po yun napupulot lang Napalaking halaga po sa akin ang 500 pesos Sana naman makunsensya yung ibang kumpanya kung sakaling nagpapabayad sila ng COE na sa pagkakaalam ko po talaga ay libre lang itong binibigay sa mga natapos ang kontrata or nagresign ng maayos sa kumpanya.. Salamat po ng marami uli

Libre po yun and wala po yung bayad. Yan po ang obligation ng companya after sa termination ng work mo.
