Hi
Tanong ko lang.
If the company already gave me a COE last april then they accusing me for the lost money last january 20 2017. May bearing po ba yun. Cachier po kasi ako.
Then ngayon lang po nila dinisclose ito kung kelan wala na ako sa company nila and they already given me a COE stating i have no legal obligation sa compang nila.

What should i do po

Ang sabi sakin di daw napansin before nung manager sa kulang yung money. Pero wala nman po akong kinukuha.
Dba negligence nila po yun kasi its almost half of a year nathen ngayon lang.. Sana naayos na ito before. Nagtataka lang po pano nkalusot sa auditibg kung kulang

posible di napansin ng manager yun and baka late din ma audit. kaya nga sinabi ni luke, kung na prove na meron ka talagang ginawa, pwede ka pa din habulin.

Ngayon, naka receive ka ng COE, pwede yun ang gamiting mo sa pag apply mo. kaso pag nag background investigation ang ina applyan mo na kumpanya, pwede sabihin ng dating kumpanya na may record ka sa kanila. di ka na matatangap sa mga pinag applyan mo.

Maganda diyan makipag ugnayan ka sa dati mong kumpanya at ayusin mo kung ano mang problema meron sila sa iyo.

Nakikipag ugnayan po ako sa kanila parang ayaw naman nila makipag ugnayan para maayos yun..
Kasi hindi po biro ung amount na binibintang nila sakin ehhh
