Arresto Menor

I am contemplating on filing a case against previous employer but i want to be sure first. Decisions were made in favor of an immediate family member not an employee. Decisions were based on policy but that i have the authority. There were likewise declarations to my superior about the decisions i made. All these have documents. But still theyndismissed me because they said it was also delicadeza. Do i have a fighting chance if based on policy i can.make such decisions? Please advice. Thank you.

sorry, this is too vague. and there is never any assurance when filing legal actions. it all depends on what evidence is presented by both parties.
