I need an opinion, i am now busy transfering the title of land to my name, my broker wants to lower the selling price of property to save them from huge amount of tax, what will be the advantage and disadvantage on my side?thanks

that is tax evasion and falsification of public documents. many do it, but it remains to be a crime.
