Hi po. kinakasuhan po ako ng company namin ng abuse of authority & abandonment of work dahil humingi ako ng pabor sa staff ko na magpa swipe sa kanyang credit card. inuutusan din po ung staff ko na gumawa ng report laban sa akin kahit labag sa kalooban nya. hindi ko po pinilit ung staff dahil willing naman sya tumulong nung panahon na iyon at d ko naman tinakbuhan ang obligasyon ko. grounds na po ba un for termination? ano po pwed ko ikaso sa empleyadong naninira dahil sa inggit?

A managerial position must maintain a higher degree of integrity. Your act of getting loan thru your staff may create a conflict in your integrity. Likewise a conflict of interest may arise later on because you got favor from your staff later on your staff needs your favor too, what shall you do??Grant it.

If you really need to do that, better make it secret with your staff only and you. Why it became viral?Does anyone knows it also?

You have to write explanation letter state your intentions for getting the loan from your staff. Only truth shall set you free. Make apology also.

Hi sir. I followed po your advice pero ginipit po ung mga tao na gumawa ng mga statements laban sa akin kahit labag sa kalooban nila. I am taking full responsibility sa lahat po ng ginawa ko pero Di ko po kayang madamay ung mga tao kaya nag file po ako ng resignation. sabi po sa kin ng mga staff na tinuturuan daw po sila na idiin ako ng husto at gagawin lahat ng paraan para mapaalis ako. ako na po ang kusang nagbigay para matapos lang po ang isyu
