Need Help =(

Our employer said we are not yet official employee but before we start working in the company we signed a contract. How to know if the contract that we signed is valid? can we claim 13 month pay or bonus?

What is their explanation? You are considered employee ones you signed the contract. And as an employee, you are entitled to 13th month pay

What work do you do?

Can you quote the relevant part of your contract related to employment?
