no. Legal age to marry is 18.
Just an advice. Don't rush yourself with marriage. I'm sure at your age, you barely could afford house rent, how much more if your girlfriend gets pregnant. Don't rush things. If you really love your girlfriend, study hard to graduate, have a business or a good job so that when you marry her, you know you could stand up for your family
