Atty. di ko ma clear sa akin.. bigamous marriage is void marriage? it means ba na authomatic na walang bisa ito sa mata ng batas natin? o kailangan pa ng mga legal proceedings bago ma pa walang bisa ito? or kailangan pa ng court decision.thank po

the law says that unless you are getting married again, a bigamous marriage has no effect. but in reality, it is better to undergo court proceedings.

if you intend to marry again, you will definitely need to undergo legal proceedings.

Atty.. thanks for your reply I really appreciate it. what if both of us found peace and perfect marriage out of our void marriage and really wanted to keep it legal and valid. what is required?
