my girl-friend has a NSO Cenemar of her husband as evidence that he was already a married man before he married her.... I ask you, does she have to pay P150,000 to get her marriage declared Illegal in the court so as to Single and free to marry me?

why 150K? who asked her to pay such amount? the filing fee is just 3k if im not if my memory is correct.
