1. ano po ba ang habeas corpus? as applied sa aking illegitimate na apo na gusto naming makita na pilit naman pong ipinagkakait ng ina. di naman po namin kukunin. visitation rights po ay pwede na sa anak ko.

that is an order from the court directing the respondent to bring a person to the court
