A bank foreclosed lot was still occupied by the former owner. She is negotiating to buy back but the bank sells it to a 3rd party. Can the occupant ask the court to intervene? Are there any remedies the occupant can do? Thank you.

Arresto Menor

After the redemption period is over, they can no longer redeem it, and assuming the regular course of event take place, consolidated na yung title, Writ of Possession will issue thereafter.

Discretion na ng bank, the act of selling it to 3rd party will show that it is no longer interested in negotiating with the original owner.
