pending Pagibig loan takeout due to developer submission of title

I got this house and lot and intend to pay thru Pagibig, I got approved by Pagibig last Feb 2013 but the developer has not submitted the requirements for the loan take-out. As I know it is the Title that is pending. I am already paying them monthly for 2 years now and it has been 10 months already since the NOA from Pagibig. I have followed up with them before but now they do not give me status at all. what should I do? Will I get my 2 years payment back since Pagibig approved the total contract price? As I know, what I am half of what I am paying now is only interest. (the house is under the developer while the lot is under the bank). please help what should I do?
