atty, id like to know if the guy can file restraining order against his ex wife after the annulment, or on the process? the ex wife is posting status and photos in her facebook that makes all her friends believe they are family at nagsasama pa. cause of annulment is fraud at infidelity, di anak ng guy yung bata from the start, pnakasalan lang kasi akala sa kanya but the only ground used was psych incapacity.
the guy believes this harm his reputation. nagwwait na lang ng certificate of finality, actually need pa pumunta sa municipal para isubmit yung court decision.
