UNTOWARD FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

Hello po.. ask lang po sana ako ng legal advice nahihiya po kc ako sa case ko di ko alam pano to i-explain but i really need anybody's help on this. It started yung na terminate ako from a company kasi nagasta ko po yung pera na hinahawakan ko dahil po sa pangangailangan sa pamilya. Ngayon po, inamin ko po sa kanila ung pagkakasala ko po and then I have turn over to them the audit of the money I have used. They have file a blotter dun po sa nearest police station and then file a case sa barangay po near ng office namin. I attended the barangay hearing and we have come up to set terms of payments so I can pay the said amount in full. The whole amount was 80k and I was able to pay like 25K in all. Due to some circumstances that my father had a stroke and been hospitalized for months, i have not paid them yet but I am still the one contacting them every now and then to let them know my situation. I have heard from a colleague that my name was submitted to the NBI. How will I know it was? Will I be held by the NBI or else will my NBI clearance will not be released if in case I will get one for employment? Will a barangay case and a police blotter can be a basis for my NBI clearance to be withheld? I hope po masasagot po yung mga tanong ko po dito.. more power po sa inyo and salamat po sa taong pwedeng sumagot nito para sa akin. maghihintay po ako ng kasagutan.
