what is the purpose of blotter?
is it possible to file a blotter if considering I am the unlawful?
The story is that I have a child from married man ( hindi ko alm na kasal sya, niether his parents nor his siblings ). In fact He wants to marry me but I refused. We are not living in together, our son is 1yr and 8 months, I never demand for support although He signed and acknowledge our son ( NSO Birth Cert ). I try to live as simple as I can away from them....but recently many people echo some words from the wife..mangugulo, sisirain ko sa work, may mga treats......possible ba ako mgpablotter since my concern is my safety as well as my son's?
