Empleyado po ako ng 10yrs sa isang restaurant.7yrs. Po ako sa 2nd branch nung ng closed. Transfer po kme sa 3rd branch na mukhang magsasara din..is it possible po na I- transfer again sa main branch? Or may FIBA pa bang choice? I mean...siksikan na po kme sa main branch..Hindi po bang pwedeng mag demand na tanggalin at by aran nlng po kming mga regular?

you may suggest but it's the company's prerogative to pay you if ever they will have to terminate your services due to business closure or keep you. But if you voluntarily resign, you wouldn't get anything
