Dear Atty,

Is there criminal liability on the part of an employee if she/he submitted a spurious payslip in her salary loan application with a lending company especially when the proceeds of the loan have already been received?

if the employee is hailed to court for falsification, will he/she still pay the loan amount as well aside from the penalties that the court imposes if found guilty?
